Privacy Policy: Woman to Woman Computing and Computer Tamers work to ensure the accuracy, confidentiality and integrity of your personal information. We do not sell, share, nor distribute our client information in any way. All consultants adhere to this policy.

Data Policy: Woman to Woman Computing and Computer Tamers can in no way guarantee that data will not be lost from the computer when reinstalling Windows, repairing virus, worm and/or spyware damage, removing virus, worm and/or spyware programs and/or files from the computer, nor from any other action taken at the Client's request. We recommend and provide such programs and/or files as we believe are necessary to improve the performance/operation of the Client's computer, once the Client's permission to install such items is obtained. This in no way makes Woman to Woman Computing or Computer Tamers responsible for the data on the computer. It is the Client's responsibility to update these programs, and to make such backups of data the Client considers necessary. We will assist in all efforts to make data backups, but cannot warrant the viability of such files.

Area of Service: All services are available in the National Capital Region. Web design services are available worldwide. Training and consultation services are available in other locations with the client paying reasonable travel expenses. We also provide telephone and remote support if the distance is too great for travel, or travel cannot be accomplished in the timeframe needed. We provide our software "tools" for you to use under our guidance, and/or can take control of your computer remotely, with your permission. Please contact us for details.
